To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CFO.Lytics Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you in connection with any consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CFO.Lytics Consultancy in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The success of any financial strategy depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, management execution, and the accuracy of information provided to us.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
